We recognise the need for appropriate, supportive staffing levels, not only in terms of health and safety requirements but also in relation to quality, purposeful, supportive and proactive childcare practices. With this in mind we aim to have a team of eleven staff which will consist of a Registered Manager, a Deputy, 3 Senior Residential Support Workers and 6 Residential Support Workers which will be provided on a 24/7 basis.
The company will also aim to have a pool of bank staff who can be called upon during any shortfalls seen within the staffing rota. Our salaries and remunerations packages tend to be competitive for the locality.

RCW – Experienced Residential Care staff, ideally QCF level 3 qualified.
We expect all our RCW’s to be able to drive our company cars to transport children and young people. Therefore, you must have a full UK driving licence.
