We recognise the need for appropriate, supportive staffing levels, not only in terms of health and safety requirements but also in relation to quality, purposeful, supportive and proactive childcare practices. With this in mind we aim to have a team of staff which will consist of a Registered Manager, a Deputy, 3 Senior Residential Support Workers and 6 Residential Support Workers which will be provided on a 24/7 basis, in each of our residential homes.

Within our supported accommodation services, we have an experienced Service Manager who oversees the services, alongside a deputy manager and a pool of support workers.

The company will also aim to have a pool of bank staff who can be called upon during any shortfalls seen within the staffing rota. Our salaries and remunerations packages tend to be competitive for the locality.

9am-5pm Mon-Fri may involve shift work and on call responsibilities.

RCW – Experienced Residential Care staff, QCF level 3 qualified or equivalent. Willingness to work towards level 5 apprenticeship/diploma in Leadership and Management.

Driving
